And you can have free internet at a place that has a internet free server such as any collges . Evedn if you dont have the data plan . You can have free internet . It wifi. But no you cannot have it free where ever you go But ive noticed that mostly all the samsung phones for tmobile have free aim, msn, yahoo, aol, etc messengers for free without data plan
